License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the KinArchive application for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple device that you own or control.

Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the application; (d) remove any proprietary notices; or (e) use the application for any illegal purpose.

Ownership

KinArchive and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of BE EASY ENTERPRISES LLC. Your documents and data uploaded to the application remain your property.

Updates and Maintenance

We may provide updates, bug fixes, and new features. Updates may modify or delete certain features. You understand that we have no obligation to provide updates or continue offering any particular features.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the application.

Apple Terms

This application is licensed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail.
