KinArchive stores your documents securely in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal documents or data. All information is encrypted and stored using Apple's CloudKit service.

How We Use Information

Your documents are used solely for the purpose of providing secure family document management. Face ID and authentication data are processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

Data Security

All documents are encrypted using industry-standard encryption. Access is protected by Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode. Data synchronization occurs through Apple's secure CloudKit infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

This app uses Apple's CloudKit for secure data storage and synchronization. Your data is subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms of service.

Data Retention

Your documents remain in your iCloud account until you choose to delete them. When you delete the app, your documents remain safely stored in iCloud and can be restored by reinstalling the app.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data. You can view, edit, share, or delete any document at any time. You can also delete your entire vault from the app settings.

Subscriptions and Billing

KinArchive offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Billing information is handled entirely by Apple and is not accessible to KinArchive.

Free Tier Limitations

The free version of KinArchive is limited to 5 documents and 2 family members. A free account is required (sign in with Apple or email) to use the app. Usage data is stored in your private iCloud to enforce these limits. Upgrading to a premium subscription increases these limits (Premium: 50 documents, 5 members; Family: unlimited; Professional: unlimited with multi-vault support) and does not affect your existing documents or data.
