Acceptance of Terms

By using KinArchive, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.

Description of Service

KinArchive is a secure document management application provided by BE EASY ENTERPRISES LLC that allows you to store, organize, and share important family documents using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device security (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode). You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to upload any content that violates applicable laws.

Privacy and Data

Your documents are stored securely in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your documents or personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability

KinArchive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, though we encourage regular backups through iCloud.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Subscription Terms

KinArchive offers a free tier with limited features (5 documents, 2 family members) and premium subscription plans. A free account is required (sign in with Apple or email). Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Plans include: Premium ($6.99/month or $54.99/year), Family ($11.99/month or $94.99/year), and Professional ($19.99/month or $179.99/year).

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period. All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Trials are available once per Apple ID account.

Feature Availability

Premium features (increased document limits, OCR, audit logs, advanced templates) are only available to active subscribers. Premium tier includes 50 documents and 5 family members. Family tier includes unlimited documents and unlimited family members. Professional tier includes multi-vault support. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, premium features will be disabled, but your data will remain intact and accessible.

Intellectual Property

The KinArchive application and its original features are our intellectual property. Your documents and data remain your property at all times.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the application. Your data will remain in your iCloud account according to Apple's data retention policies. Subscription cancellation does not delete your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated in advance.
